LAUNCH OF REGIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
The Awards are open to all staff of health units in this Region and comprise the following categories:

Innovation in Practice (Clinical)

Innovation in Practice (Non Clinical)
-
Best Team Member (all categories of staff)
-
Best Quality Activity/Contribution (Individual Staff Member or Department)
-
Outstanding Achievement (Individual Staff Member, Department or Health Unit)
Join us in recognising the outstanding achievements that take place across the Region by nominating a fellow staff member or your Department and/or Health Unit for one of the above Award Categories, or nominate yourself.
Nominations close at 4.00pm on Friday 30th May 2003. Nomination forms are available at each health unit or by contacting Vicki Heuritsch on (08) 8568 0008. Following the close of nominations nominees will be invited to submit an application to the Awards by 11th July 2003.
A Panel will select 3 finalists for each category who will be invited to attend the Awards Presentation Dinner to be held on Thursday 30th October 2003 at which the winner and runners up in each category will be announced.
PLEASE HELP THE REGION TO IDENTIFY AND RECOGNISE EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENT BY PARTICIPATING IN THE INAUGRAL HILLS MALLEE SOUTHERN REGIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS.
